I had breast implants removed about three years ago which were done under the muscles via the armpit. I was thinking about getting some put back in, would that be possible? Would they have to go in a different way or can they put them in through the armpits?

Answer:

It is possible to have the implants inserted through the old armpit incision. All redo surgery is more difficult than the original procedure though due to scarring. It may be preferable to choose a different incision such as under the fold of the breast to make the procedure and result more predictable.
